In a story that Keepin’ It Real has been following – it’s our understanding that Alvaro Saborio has now joined the team in Charleston after reportedly signing with the league on Saturday via a loan agreement. We have been trying to get some details on this transfer for the last several days and hope to be able to bring those to you soon.

Could be a really good signing looking at his stats, that’s IF the season gets even going at this rate……

It’s hard to focus on anything but the CBA right now. MLS is in a great position to keep growing, but a strike will ruin the league. It’s inevitable that both the NBA and NFL will be on strike next year and MLS should be there to scoop up fans. Too bad this can’t get resolved.

I know. I know. Very unfulfilling, isn’t it? Unfortunately it’s the nature of the beast. Should have more to show in the ‘morrow.

Alright…you’ve gotta give us more than that! “Our sources say” or “we’ve heard” or “it’s been reported”…anything! Not just “it’s our understanding…!”
I’m just pissed cause I want to hear more. I’ll keep checking back…

I am finally allowing myself to hope that he may come. I think he could do very well.
Of course, I also had high hopes for Deuchar.

I’m giddy.
I know I may be setting myself up for disappointment, but I really hope for big things from this guy. I hope he connects with the boys and scores bushels and bushels of goals for us this year.
