KIR SCOUTING REPORT
Tony Beltran is a surprisingly solid fullback this early in his career. He had some shaky moments in his rookie season, but came back with an extremely strong 2009 campaign. Beltran has good quickness and is pretty sound with his decisions defensively. At times he will get caught out of position, but his quickness allows him to recover well. Tony also gets forward well, but still doesn’t look as comfortable with the ball in forward positions as he could be. He hasn’t shown to be a great crosser, especially with his off left foot.
