Manchester United agreed on permanent Falcao deal

The terms have already been agreed on and signed for the transfer at a salary of over 305 thousand euro a week. We are of course talking about the deal that Radamel Falcao has recently signed with Manchester United. The overall amount of the contract is set at 56 million euros to sign Radamel Falcao permanently after the end of his loan move by the end of the season. Manchester United had set final terms with Monaco regarding Falcao when his 8 million euros whole season loan switch from the French football club was agreed upon.

The Red Devils have the option of activating that agreement at the end of the season provided that they are fully satisfied with Falcao’s fitness and overall performance. It is however understood that the deal should be made permanent. Nothing predicts anything otherwise. Jorge Mendes, Radamel Falcao’s agent has been in close contact with Manchester United executives and word has it that the striker had voiced out his desire of playing with the Red Devils beyond this current season.

Since Falcao’s move with United was sealed on the final day of the summer transfer window, it is perceived that the transfer was decided at the last-minute. The fact is that United had been in close negotiation with Mendes for numerous weeks and with the deadline approaching, all stakeholder had decided to go for a whole season loan. The loan agreement had given the Red Devils the occasion to test Falcao’s fitness following the serious knee injury that made him miss the World Cup.
